Students work each month on different social-emotional skills taught by the school counselor, Miss M. When they are caught actively using the skill of the month they are rewarded with a special token for the bulletin board. At the end of the month, the tokens are collected and 2 winners from each classroom are drawn to enjoy a pizza celebration party with the principal, Mr. Stabler. October's SEL Challenge was to "Be a Good Friend"
