Welcome to Belle Alexander Elementary School!

At Belle Alexander, we believe every child deserves a school that is safe, welcoming, and focused on helping them learn, grow, and thrive. Our goal is to create a place where children feel known, supported, challenged, and excited about what they can accomplish.

Achieving that goal takes all of us. Our partnership with parents and families is essential. When schools and families work together, communicate openly, encourage children, and share high expectations, our students are better positioned to succeed.

A major focus at Belle Alexander is building strong foundational skills in reading and mathematics. These skills are the building blocks  that establish future learning. We want our students to become confident readers, thoughtful problem-solvers, and capable mathematicians—not simply so they can be successful in elementary school, but so they are prepared for the opportunities that come next.

The skills our children begin developing today will influence the choices available to them tomorrow. Their education helps prepare them for future careers, financial independence, continued learning, and the many paths their lives may take. We want every Belle Alexander student to leave our school with a strong foundation and the confidence to imagine—and pursue—a future filled with choices.

One of the most important ways families can support that future is through regular school attendance.

Children have to be in school to learn. Every day of attendance provides opportunities to read, practice math, ask questions, build relationships, solve problems, receive support, and discover something new. When students miss school, they miss opportunities that cannot always be recreated later.

Attendance matters because opportunities matter.

We know that families face challenges, and we are committed to working with you when those challenges affect your child's ability to attend school regularly. Our shared goal is simple: to make sure our children are here, learning, growing, and building the skills they will need for the future.
